What it's like to work for us

No one day is the same at The Hutchinson Partnership. Working with a diverse range of clients in a beautiful rural setting makes coming to work easy. We support our trainees with on the job training as well as day and block release for their studies. Professional certifications

We are a training centre for AAT, ACA, ACCA and CTA qualifications. We have staff qualified in all of these as part of our team, some even gained their qualifications whilst working for us. AAT is the accounting technician qualification which is where most of our apprentices would start. After completing this they would move onto the ACA or ACCA to become a chartered or certified chartered accountant. As a further progression there is then the option of gaining a CTA qualification to become a chartered tax adviser.
