The Hutchinson Partnership was established on 1 January 1998 as a Chartered Accountancy practice; since then it has grown to a team of 9 professional staff.
The three directors are James Hutchinson, Simon Bennett and Julianne Hutchinson. We are all Fellows of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having qualified with a major national firm. We are also Registered Auditors which allows us to undertake statutory and other audits where required by our clients.
James Hutchinson and Simon Bennett both grew up on farms and have been involved in the agricultural industry all their lives. We have maintained that passion for and commitment to agriculture and rural businesses by building an accountancy practice that is dedicated to providing professional accountancy, taxation and business advisory services for this sector.
We believe that as well as our knowledge of the industry we can help our clients by spending time with our clients reviewing historical performance and then looking forward at what changes can be made to improve the performance of the business and structure it so as to minimise the impact of capital taxes.
We ensure that we are able to provide the best advice to our clients by referring to specialists when we encounter complex issues.
